PARSONS NORTH SHORTLISTED FOR THE HOUSING DESIGN AWARDS 2023

We’re very proud that Parsons North has been shortlisted for a Housing Design Award 2023.

Our design provides 60 new homes for Westminster City Council, of which 19 units are affordable tenure and 41 for private sale. It restores a neighbourhood of streets and gardens, ‘knitting’ together what is already there, including an existing 22-storey residential tower, with the rapidly evolving streetscape. Landscaping is used to define public and private, with existing mature trees retained and new green spaces for all residents to use. The project also created added social value and improved community facilities inside and out.
