Geoff Wilkinson

, Managing Director

Geoff is dually qualified as Chartered Building Surveyor and a Fire Engineer with 40 years experience of dealing with a wide range of projects in and around London
and the South East. He is a Class 3H and Class 4 RBI the highest classification available.

He has specialised in Disabled Access and Fire Safety but has an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Building Control and a sound knowledge of associated legislation. Geoff is highly regarded throughout the industry and sits on a variety of industry bodies and panels which ensure that he is not only up to date with current legislation but is also in a position to affect future proposals. Geoff is in frequent demand on the technical press and speaking circuit and writes a monthly column in the Architects Journal.

Geoff has featured as an expert in National press such as the FT, Guardian and Daily Mail, and has appeared on prime time TV in both live and pre recorded programmes for BBC1, ITV, CH4 and CH5 programmes. He has also featured as an expert on worldwide media broadcast including BBC World Radio, ABC Network Australia and BBC Persia TV following the Grenfell Fire in 2017.
