S.C.A.S Consulting is a CIOB Chartered Building Consultancy with over 35 years of experience in various building and construction methods. With a particular focus on project management fundamentals along with process and implementation to guide projects, and motivate project teams towards successful completions.

Project management solutions for an industry where we encounter the same issues time and time again. We have an opportunity to analyse, review, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate these issues and create opportunities. With over 30 years of experience in construction and a deep passion for excellence in building projects, Peter brings valuse with a wealth of practical knowledge.

As a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and holder of an NVQ Level 7 in Senior Project Management, Peter combines high-level technical expertise with hands-on experience and a pragmatic approach prepares and guide construction teams with solutions.

Having managed diverse projects ranging from Cat A & B office fit-outs to complex structural alterations, Peter brings real-world insights into the everyday challenges and opportunities in modern construction management.
