LAP Architects and Interior Designers limited are an RIBA Chartered
Practice working within the residential and hospitality sectors. We are Essex based Architects that work with several PLC developers on various framework agreements alongside smaller private clients and organisations such as the Catholic Diocese.

We also have a high level of experience within the hospitality and care sectors working with several of the main breweries.. This involves working on a mixture of both new and refurbishment projects often to Listed Buildings all over the UK. We are instructed across all stages of a project from planning to post planning works alongside contract administration whilst on site.

Mr. A Hill BA (Hons) Dip Arch., R.I.B.A.
Registered ARB Architect and member of Royal Institute of British Architect (RIBA). Became an Associate director of the practice in May 2005 and subsequently an equity Director in 2019.

Wide range of experience across several sectors including;

• Education, Hotels, Commercial for both new build and refurbishment projects.
• Working with private developers such as Lindhill Properties on small schemes in confined sites of up to 30 units in sites around Hertfordshire.
• Project Architect working with Busy Bees Nurseries on multiple sites delivering new and upgrading children’s nurseries.
• Experience working with Dignity Funerals working on multiple new crematorium facilities and chapel spaces.
• High level of experience in housing estate design on schemes up to several hundred units for various PLC developers.
• Experience on large scale mixed tenure housing developments of several hundred units whilst ability to design on small scale developments in highly constrained sites such as Warley Training Centre for Bellway Homes
