Nana Kodjoe is an accomplished executive with nearly two decades of leadership at Firstcall Services Ltd, a premier provider of security solutions across London and the South East. As Managing Director, Nana oversees organisational strategy, financial stewardship, and risk management, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth throughout the company.
With a sharp focus on performance and compliance, Nana drives the implementation of best practices across departments and maintains rigorous oversight of KPIs-spanning service quality, corporate culture, financial health, and legislative adherence. His expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) has been instrumental in shaping Firstcall’s reputation for reliability, confidentiality, and ethical service delivery.

Nana’s leadership is defined by clear communication, strategic planning, and a deep commitment to corporate social responsibility. His ability to cascade decisions across all levels of the organisation ensures that every initiative is aligned with company standards and client expectations.
A graduate of the University of Essex (MBA), Cranfield University (Security Sector Management), and the University of Greenwich (Marketing Operations), Nana brings a multidisciplinary approach to business development and operational strategy. He also holds a Google Career Certificate in Cybersecurity, reinforcing his forward-thinking approach to digital risk and resilience.
Notably, Nana was commended by the Mayor of Westminster and the Metropolitan Police Commissioner for his actions during the 7/7 London attacks – a testament to his courage, integrity, and unwavering dedication to public safety.
