Cuttle Construction carries out refurbishment, repair works, retrofit, new builds, extensions and cyclical decorations for public sector, local authority, commercial and private clients.

We operate within London and the South East.

We are registered on several pre-approved accreditations such as Constructionline and SSIP Acclaim. We are also UKAS ISO 9001 and 14001 certified and are accredited with the Considerate Constructors Scheme, FMB, FOR’s, IFC (Fire), NHBC & ROSPA.

With over 20 years of experience in procurement, bid writing, compliance, and administrative operations, I have a proven track record of securing framework agreements and one-off contracts for a diverse client base, including Local Authorities, Schools, Central Government, and organisations across the public and private sectors.

My work is guided by a strong sense of integrity and a commitment to high standards. I’ve led initiatives to implement robust compliance and quality assurance processes, ensuring organisations meet regulatory requirements and operate transparently. This includes spearheading the successful achievement of the Mayor’s Good Work Standard, embedding fairness, inclusion, and respect throughout the workplace.

Colleagues know me as someone who brings structure, clarity, and purpose to complex processes—always working in the best interests of clients and teams. I’m always open to reconnecting with former colleagues, exchanging ideas with peers, or building new professional relationships.
