Metamindz UK

We’re a UK-based Fractional CTO, Technical Recruitment & Software Development agency, fully led by tech people.

After working with countless agencies as a client, I got tired of all the malarkey usually involved in the process. So I decided to disrupt this market, and create an agency from the perspective of a CTO and a technical founder. The vision is quite simple – everything is led by tech people, with Tech Leads & Fractional CTOs overseeing and managing all of our dev projects and recruitment services. In addition, all of our recruitment screenings and interviews are done by actual developers. The concept seems to have worked really well, and we’re now a team of 16 people, servicing clients around the world.

Lev has been working with clients across the UK, EU, US, and IL, as well as advising and mentoring startups at the Google for startups accelerator, Loyal VC, and several incubator programmes in the top UK universities.
